The Chrysalis Moment

This program was designed for Seekers Education, an institution providing integrated science coaching in various cities in Tamil Nadu. They had invited WORDPLAY to conduct creative writing and expression workshops for their students.

It takes a small moment in a person's life which transforms that person in a meaningful way. Chrysalis moment is that magical moment which has a magical impact on us.

This particular workshop focuses on building a curriculum where they paused to explore those magical moments and translated them into poems and small narratives on their own life story.

Objective:

• Poetic format helped in expressing their inner thoughts.
• Learned the language nuances through a few poetic devices.
• Writing narratives on their own life prompted them to think and reflect.
• Learned the techniques of organizing and expressing their thoughts not only through writing but also extended them through illustrations.
